The large tooth edges of the two latch members engage the teeth of the circular bottom edge of the longitudinal plate of the seat section when the safety locking device is in the locked state, and when in the unlocked state, the large tooth edges of the latch members leave the teeth of the circular bottom edge of the longitudinal plate driven by said pinion and are locked in their initial position by means of their respective power springs.
