Constant force springs in fireplace doors

source:Qianye Precision time:2023-5-24

In cold climates, fireplaces keep people warm through the long winter months.

Constant force springs are used in fireplace doors because of their long constant force stroke. High temperatures are a technical bottleneck in the application of strip springs. It requires a very high level of technology and a different design and process technology than normal springs in order to maintain a constant force at high temperatures for a long time.

When designing or specifying constant force springs, many basic engineering parameters need to be considered. Material, fatigue life, tensile load, torque and friction, speed and acceleration, mounting, safety considerations and application environment are all key factors.

Qianye Precision designs constant force springs that maintain constant force at high temperatures over long periods of time for fireplace manufacturers.

How to Choose the Right Carbon Brush Spring
How to Choose the Right Carbon Brush Spring

Time:2023-4-22

Carbon brushes are crucial components of many electric motors and generators. They transfer electrical current between stationary and moving parts of the motor or generator, ensuring that it operates effectively. Carbon brush springs are an important part of the brush assembly, providing the necessary pressure to keep the brush in contact with the commutator or slip ring. Choosing the right...

Electric Fan Lifting Spring: How It Works and Benefits You Need to Know

Time:2023-5-6

Electric fans are an essential appliance in most households and offices. They provide a comfortable and cool environment by circulating air in the room. However, the design of traditional electric fans has some limitations. For instance, the fixed position of the fan blades affects the direction of air flow, and the limited angle of oscillation means that the fan cannot...
