Design cordless curtain springs

source:Qianye Precision time:2022-9-14
There are many types of curtains on the market today, such as Venetian blinds, Roman blinds and honeycomb blinds. When the curtains are lowered, the windows can be shaded to reduce light entering the house and improve privacy. Generally speaking, curtains are provided with control ropes, which can drive the bottom rail of the curtain to rise or fall. In particular, the bottom rail is raised by a roller take-up hanger, and the hanger can be extended from the roller so that the bottom rail can be lowered.
However, the problem that the control cord may restrain children has been noted, so a cordless curtain has been developed. This cordless curtain can raise and lower the bottom rail by means of a coil spring box. Coil spring boxes used in window blinds usually consist of multiple springs that provide torsion to maintain the bottom rail at the desired height. However, the assembly of such a coil spring box is usually complicated, and the torsion force of the spring must be transmitted to the drum through a plurality of moving parts, which disadvantageously increases the weight of the coil spring box in the curtain.
Therefore, a cordless spring component developed by Qianye Precision can overcome the above shortcomings. Cordless roller blinds can balance the roller blinds at any position under the action of the spring components according to the high and low positions of the roller blinds, and achieve the purpose of stopping at any time. At the same time, the same effect can be achieved according to the matching curtains of different weights, and the components are different. The gram weight roller blinds are adapted to the specifications of step-type tension changes, thus greatly improving the application range of the device.
Designing the spring of a cordless curtain is very different from designing an ordinary spring. The core component is the need for a spring with a negative gradient. . There are very few manufacturers of this spring in China. The steps to design a spring with a negative step are as follows:
1.First, determine the size of the spring force It is usually necessary to determine the weight of the curtain. It is generally possible to measure the pulling force required for the cordless curtain to stay on top and the force required for the cordless curtain to stay on the bottom. This can be used as the initial test force for the spring, or it needs to be slightly larger, considering friction.
2.Second, determine the spring life of the spring Usually curtains need to determine the time of use. For example, a spring with a lifespan of 8,000 times is selected to stretch without loosening and deforming within the life span.
      3. Determine the space for installing the springs The space for placing the curtains springs needs to consider the distance between the two springs, the outer diameter of the springs, etc.
      4. After adjusting the curtain spring sample, this stage is usually to adjust the size of the force. For example, increase the force of the spring at the beginning, or decrease the spring force at the end.
