The lifting window is different from the traditional internal opening, external opening and ordinary push-pull mode, but adopts the opening mode of lifting up and down. Because it is mainly popular in North America, it is also called American lifting window. It is one of the two major door and window categories in the world.

The lifting window is more compact than the left and right lifting windows, which is determined by the structure of the window. The traditional lifting window is a sash frame structure, that is, when the window sash is opened left and right, it is realized by sliding the lower pulley on the sliding rail of the window frame. However, there is a gap between the pulley and the slide rail, and the smoothness of the opening must be taken into account, which will inevitably lead to the decline of the sealing performance. The lifting window is a frame-encased sash structure. The sash is wrapped in the window frame and runs vertically up and down. Through the multiple seals of high-quality siliconized tops, the sash frame is tightly fitted around it, and the sealing performance is significantly better than that of the left and right lifting windows, second only to Fixed and casement windows.

      The advantages of the sliding doors and windows are: 1. The characteristics of large ventilation, the lifting windows can be opened by 2/1, and the air entering the room can be convected. The European-style lifting windows and casement windows basically cannot open more than half of the area. Second, there can be different line styles, and there will be no visual obstacles when opening. Third, the sealing is good. The lifting window is a frame-wrapped sash structure. The basic sash is wrapped on the window frame and runs vertically. It is sealed by multiple layers of siliconized tops, which has the sealing performance inferior to the casement window. Fourth, it can be used in the middle and high level. The frame-packed fan structure of the lifting window makes it fit inside the window frame during operation, and at most falls inward, without the risk of slipping. 5. It is very convenient to clean. Generally speaking, it is very easy to clean when the double fans are inverted, and clean up the dead corners.

In the European and American markets, the sliding doors and windows have been selling well, and the upward sliding force comes from the constant force spring. Through the resilience of the constant force springs on both sides, the glass doors and windows can easily slide upwards. The tension in the spring is released, providing a continuous and uniform auxiliary force, reducing its heavy resistance. Generally, the tension is accumulated in the position of the spring, and the quality of the spring is quite important.

        The design of constant force spring is generally considered from two aspects :

        1. Performance, two of the most important performance, one is elasticity and the other is life. The thicker the general material is, the wider the width is, and the higher the elasticity is. Among the materials with the same size, the smaller the crimp diameter is, the higher the elasticity is, and vice versa. On the contrary, under the same manufacturing conditions, the thinner the material is, the better the life is. In the same size of the material, the smaller the coil diameter is, the shorter the life is, and vice versa.

2. In the installation space, the outer diameter of the constant force spring is generally set according to the installation space. Sometimes, when the central shaft is used, the inner diameter should also be taken into account at the same time. The outer diameter of the general constant force spring cannot be greater than that of the installation space. Otherwise, friction will occur and affect the use.
