The spring of thousand industry precision hair has excellent application in different fields, for example, the products of the company have been widely used in LCD display lifting bracket, automobile special motor, medical treatment, lifting fan, lifting window accessories, vacuum cleaner, sales rack and other fields. With the development of modern technology, stainless steel hairline, as a more common elastic element in modern technology, has a huge function and its application is becoming more and more obvious. The company is to provide professional stainless steel hair spring surface treatment methods.
1、 Two methods of removing oxide skin and oil pollution by spring are as follows:
1. Dilute the cleaning agent and clean water in ultrasonic equipment about 1:30. When the spring surface is free of oxygen, no oil and the metal color is appropriate, then take out water and clean it. In this way, the treated stainless steel hair surface can achieve the effect of sub light.
2. Dilute the cleaning agent and clean water as 1:1 or 1:2, and then immerse the stainless steel hair strip into the solution until the surface of the spring is free of oxygen and no oil to restore to the metal color. Then take out the water and clean it. After this treatment, the stainless steel hair surface is also used to achieve the effect of Matt.
2、 Two methods of bright surface of the spring are as follows:
1. The volume of spring and coarse abrasive is matched according to 1:3. The amount of cleaning agent is 1% to 2% of the spring weight. Then, the cleaning agent is put into the driving polishing machine or hexagon drum with coarse abrasive and spring. Finally, the cleaning agent is cleaned with water. The surface scratch of the spring after treatment is not found, and the surface finish of the spring is improved. But the method is not suitable for spring with high precision density and easy winding.
2. The volume of spring and fine abrasive shall be matched as 1:3, and the amount of brightener shall be 1% – 2% of the spring weight. Then put the brightener into the vibrating polishing machine or hexagon drum with coarse abrasive. Of course, the longer the time is, the brighter the surface will be, and the surface will be cleaned and dried with water after the best effect is achieved. The surface of stainless steel spring treated with this method will be bright as nickel plating, and will not fade forever Color.
